As the President of Focus Staffing Group, Kevin has been instrumental in leading a team of Executive Recruiters for 20 years. He is actively involved in directing the firm’s recruiting, sales, marketing, operational, and strategic initiatives. His vast network extends to over 20,000 Accounting, Finance, and Contracts professionals in the Washington D.C. metro region. Prior to successfully launching the company in 2003, Kevin worked as an Executive Recruiter with Fortune 500 Staffing companies including Robert Half and Management Recruiters International. He holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing Communications & Public Relations from The University of Buffalo, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. Kevin resides in Fairfax, VA and enjoys watching his 3 sons play soccer, running, skiing, and spending time with his family in Bethany Beach, DE.
