Focus Staffing Group’s Contingency Search methodology allows you to only pay for our recruiting services upon satisfactory completion of your designated search. This search option requires no financial commitment from client to initiate the search. Our fee is paid on a contingency basis and is payable when candidate starts employment.
Our Retained Services cater to companies that require strict confidentiality during the Executive search process. We leverage our extensive network and proprietary search analytics to identify your next key Executive, and work in tandem with our clients to define the hiring timetable.
Our Retained Executive Search process provides your company with a dedicated “Project Team” focused solely on your C-Suite staffing requisition. Our fee is 1/3 upon engagement, 1/3 upon presentation of qualified candidates, and 1/3 upon successful completion and hire.
